OUR REFUND POLICY:
Customers eligible for a refundย are free to initiate a return withinย 15 days of receipt.ย We make every effort to deliver your goods in perfect condition. Please check your delivery as soon as it has been received. If the goods are faulty or damaged, please notify us in writing as soon as possible and in all casesย within 2 days of receipt of the itemsย so that we can resolve the problem. We will cover the costs and arrangeย for the return of faulty products. We will not be held responsible for any damage claims after 2 days of receipt of the goods. For damaged / faulty items we will require photographs of any damages of the packaging on both the interior and exterior, damages of the items, and a written description of the damages to allow us to assist in resolving the issues for you.ย Customers have to return a product within 15 days.
For any self-assembly products it is important that you follow all instructions very carefully as we do not accept responsibility for any self-assembly goods that are damaged due to instructions not being followed correctly. Please ensure that you check all parts are provided before assembling.

- For display items, no returns or refunds are offered for any reason, including damage during transportation. The customer assumes the risk of any damage during delivery.
- For customized items, no refunds, returns or replacements are granted if the item is repairable. Only replacement service is considered if it is the wrong design. No refunds are offered in any case.ย
- For lighting, no returns or refunds are allowed after the item has been installed.ย ย
- No refunds under any circumstances on discounted items.
