Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to have an account to place an order on our website. However, it is recommended to make an account to check and manage your order status during the delivery process.

How would I know which size to choose?

You can easily find your garment size from an international sizing chart provided on the website.

 

How do I use a promo code or gift card number at bejustsimple ?

If you have a code, you can enter it on the first stage of your checkout. Then, you’ll see where to enter it right above your order summary.If you have a gift card, this is also where you can apply it to your order. Don’t forget to hit ‘APPLY’ after entering!

Can I use multiple discount codes when I order?

Please should be noted that a discount code will only apply to www.bejustsimple.com and that coupon codes are not stackable, and that the coupon code can use only once per order. In addition, the cart value must meet the required minimum to qualify for the discount use requirement.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel or modify an order within 24 hours from purchase by contacting sales@bejustsimple.com.

 

What are my payment method options?

You can quickly pay through a Visa card, Master card, or PayPal.

How can I have a receipt and track of my order?

After you place an order, you will receive an email providing you with a receipt of your purchase and a tracking number.

Can I add items to my order after purchase?

Yes, if the items are being shipped to the same address and within 24 hours of purchase, you can add items to your order. To do so, please contact sales@bejustsimple.com.

When will I receive my package?

It takes 2-5  business days to process your order and then the delivery time to USA is  5-8 working days. To Canada, the delivery is approximately 6-10 working days.   

Do you offer free international shipping?

How can I keep track of my order?

After you place an order, you will receive a tracking number in your Email. You can either track your order through the Courier website or sign in with your Gentle Herd account and click “My Order” to track the order status.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive the item back, we check the piece according to our Return Policy Approval Process. After inspection, we will notify you via Email whether or not the item qualified for a refund. If yes, the refund will be made via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
