OUR REFUND POLICY:
Customers eligible for a refundΒ are free to initiate a return withinΒ 15 days of receipt.Β We make every effort to deliver your goods in perfect condition. Please check your delivery as soon as it has been received. We will cover the costs and arrangeΒ for the return of faulty products. We will not be held responsible for any damage claims after 2 days of receipt of the goods. For any self-assembly products it is important that you follow all instructions very carefully as we do not accept responsibility for any self-assembly goods that are damaged due to instructions not being followed correctly. Please ensure that you check all parts are provided before assembling.

- For display items, no returns or refunds are offered for any reason, including damage during transportation. The customer assumes the risk of any damage during delivery.
- For customized items, no refunds, returns or replacements are granted if the item is repairable. Only replacement service is considered if it is the wrong design. No refunds are offered in any case.Β
- For lighting, no returns or refunds are allowed after the item has been installed.Β Β
