OUR REFUND POLICY:

Customers eligible for a refund are free to initiate a return within 15 days of receipt. We make every effort to deliver your goods in perfect condition. Please check your delivery as soon as it has been received. If the goods are faulty or damaged, please notify us in writing as soon as possible and in all cases within 2 days of receipt of the items so that we can resolve the problem. We will cover the costs and arrange for the return of faulty products. We will not be held responsible for any damage claims after 2 days of receipt of the goods. For damaged / faulty items we will require photographs of any damages of the packaging on both the interior and exterior, damages of the items, and a written description of the damages to allow us to assist in resolving the issues for you. Customers have to return a product within 15 days.

For any self-assembly products it is important that you follow all instructions very carefully as we do not accept responsibility for any self-assembly goods that are damaged due to instructions not being followed correctly. Please ensure that you check all parts are provided before assembling.

Please note that if you are returning goods that you received damaged or goods which are approved for a refund, then you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will be reimbursed the value of the shipping fee after we have received and inspected the goods. 
Items returned to us that meet the following guidelines will be fully refunded for the cost of the merchandise and the shipping charges will be refunded as well.
  • Must be free from scratches and/or defects
  • Must not have been installed
  • Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging
  • Must not have any writing on the original packaging
  • Must not be missing pieces
  • Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout

Non-refundable Items:

  • For display items, no returns or refunds are offered for any reason, including damage during transportation. The customer assumes the risk of any damage during delivery.
  • For lighting, no returns or refunds are allowed after the item has been installed.  
  • No refunds under any circumstances on discounted items.
  • All delivery fees are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for all returned goods until they reach our location. Please make sure you pack the item/s in their original packaging which is specifically made for the items safe transport. You must ensure that you have a proof of postage certificate when returning any part of your order, together with any necessary insurance cover against loss or damage.

If the items are directly returned by the customer without our confirmation, we will refuse to sign and return them to the buyer because the sender's address on your package  is not the return address. We are not responsible for any costs incurred.

We will not be able to offer a refund if the item arrives to us damaged due to poor packaging, so please ensure you use the original packaging provided with the item/s and include adequate insurance cover when returning items to us.
As soon as we receive the returned goods in perfect condition, we will start the refunding process

 

Damages

Unfortunately, fragile items are sometimes damaged in shipping. We also understand the need to pre-order and plan for your design needs. As part of that process, we ask that you inspect all items individually once they arrive so that any damage claims can be made immediately. If your item arrives damaged or with parts missing, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt of the item(s). We will arrange a prompt replacement of the item. We will also request that you provide photos of any damaged product, along with the product packaging. Please contact our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to replace the item or send replacement parts as soon as possible. In some instances it is possible to repair damages and/or defects with replacement parts. When this is the case, we reserve the right to utilize this as a solution.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds of all kinds are always processed back to the original form of payment and at this time, we do not have the ability to change the method of payment.
• It generally takes us up to 5-7 business days to process a refund. Once the refund is processed on our end, we will email you a confirmation.
• For returned items needing a refund, the package must first be processed back into our warehouse after we receive your package. It usually takes about 10 days to receive your package and handle refund.
• All PayPal payment can only be refunded via PayPal, all Credit Card payment will only be refunded to the original Credit Card.
In the unlikely event that you haven't received an email after the time frame shown above, please Contact us, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund. Please contact our Customer service at sales@bejustsimple.com  to get the return address.

ORDER CANCELLATION:


Once we receive your order we get to work on it right away, therefore it may not be possible to cancel an order that is in process. To request a cancellation please contact Customer Service at email within 24 hours and we will attempt to stop or modify the order. The buyer can decide whether he want a refund or exchange of goods.  Once an item has produced or shipped, cancellation is not possible. In most cases custom, special order and non-returnable items cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests may take several days to process and you will be sent an email upon confirmation.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address we provide even if you are using your own shipping.

2. Please make sure you don't include non-bejustsimple items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
